Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect

We only process the data you actively provide and the limited technical data needed to run the website securely:

• Contact details you send us yourself - your name, email address and the content of your message - when you use the contact form or email or call us directly.
• Standard server log data (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested), recorded by our hosting provider to keep the site secure and operational.

Why we use it and our legal basis

We use your contact details solely to read and respond to your message and, where relevant, to take the steps you ask us to take before entering into an agreement. The legal basis is your consent and the performance of, or steps prior to, a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies and analytics

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising networks or tracking cookies, and we do not build visitor profiles. The website only uses strictly necessary, functional cookies where they are required for it to work. Nothing on this site tracks you across other websites.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for marketing purposes. We rely on a small number of processors strictly to operate the site and handle your message - our hosting provider and our email provider - and only to the extent needed for those purposes. Where a processor handles personal data on our behalf, this is governed by a processing agreement. We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area without appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep your message and contact details only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and to meet legal obligations where they apply. After that, the data is deleted. Server logs are retained only for a short period for security and troubleshooting.

Your rights

Under the GDPR (in the Netherlands, the AVG) you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Have inaccurate data corrected.
• Have your data erased.
• Restrict or object to our processing.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw your consent at any time.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
